HOW DO I ARRANGE AN ASSESSMENT FOR MYSELF OR A FAMILY MEMBER?

At ELA Care we are able to talk through your requirements with you and book an ear or foot assessment via the online booking or over the phone. You will be able to have a family member or friends involved as they may have questions.

ARE YOUR STAFF FULLY TRAINED & INSURED

All our foot & ear care practitioners are competent and fully trained to provide all of our services, at a high standard. Staff undertake in house training and external training courses and are also supervised to ensure that they meet the required competencies and training knowledge to carry out their role safely. This training is updated yearly. All our foot & ear care practitioners are fully insured for public and employer liability. They also have DBS checks completed.

what is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is the following:
any cancellations made with less than 24 ours notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

WHAT SERVICES DO WE PROVIDE?

We provide the following services?

  • Ear Assessment with photos and video. No wax removal.

  • Ear Assessment with photos, video and wax removal from 1 or 2 ears.

  • A report can be provided of the assessment and care carried out.

  • Toe/Finger nail cut & file.

  • Annual Diabetic Foot check.

  • Verruca Treatment visit.

  • Routine visit for the following:

  • Thickened toe nails reduced.

  • Ingrowing toenails removed.

  • Corn removal.

  • Hard skin removal.

  • Athlete Foot treatment.

  • Fungal nail treatment.
