HOW DO I ARRANGE A EAR ASSESSMENT FOR MYSELF OR A FAMILY MEMBER?

At ELA Care we are able to talk through your requirements with you and book an ear assessment via the online booking or over the phone. You will be able to have a family member or friends involved as they may have questions.

ARE YOUR EAR ARE STAFF FULLY TRAINED

All our ear care practitioners are competent and fully trained to provide all of our services, at a high standard. Staff undertake in house training and external training courses and are also supervised to ensure that they meet the required competencies and training knowledge to carry out their role safely. This training is updated yearly. They are DBS checked.

ARE YOUR STAFF INSURED?

All our ear care practitioners are fully insured for public and employer liability. They also have DBS checks completed.

We provide the following services?

• Ear Assessment with photos and video. No wax removal.

• Ear Assessment with photos, video and wax removal from 1 or 2 ears.

• A report can be provided of the assessment and care carried out.
